Activities are distributed over two factories: in Varese, our headquarters for technical and administrative functions, we perform the company’s core business, that is casting using three electromagnetic induction electric melting ovens
for cast iron and one dedicated fournace for stainless steel; automatic moulding plant Belloi&Romagnoli with green sand process.
The following activities are performed at the second plant in Malnate (VA):
sandblasting, heat treatment, grinding with KOYAMA and MAUS automatic robots
quality control in laboratory with X-Ray camerascope, WAS spectrometer, magnetoscope, microstructure, hardness and pull tests, dimensional control with 3D FARO Arm laser scanner.
